Jump in to the respect

well thers a couple of ways we could get players.
just think what you would like being a Guest in a server and what would be nice?

OFcorse the respect. but if the player is treating you bad don't course at him just say THE KEY WORD "PLEASE" stop...

maybe a level

always say something like,for example :Welcome scooby,i hope you have a great time in server,you have all the respect of this clan.

show emotional and positive feelings like "" when your talking to him.

Always say hello even if the player does not answer you.

maybe treat like a king.

always listen to what the player is saying. some players get mad and just disconnect server because nobody listen to them.

if the player break a rule of V&W say please don't do this and explain why should not like for example: im a guest i sk. dont just only warn me. say scooby thats sk, sk is not allowed because could get other players mad and could cause problems...

Dont call names out or make fun of ther name.

I would like to add something.
When warning a player:
1. Give them multiple chances. Even if the rule breaking is annoying you,
continue to be patient with them.
Only !kick them from the game if they can't learn the rule otherwise.
2. Use the whole word, of what they are doing wrong, so they understand.
Not everyone knows what "sk", "wj", or "tj" is.
The best way to warn a player is to say something like
!warn player No spawnkilling
!warn player No walljumping
etc.

Perhaps there will be a "tips on becoming an awesome member" page,
and your list and mine will be on it, along with other suggestions like these.

I constantly b**** at our members reminding them to hold TAB everytime they die to make sure teams are even.
