Windows 7 OS

I am just downloading the windows 7 OS to my PC right now..

Q is it good with et ? anyone tested ?

yeah it is. and is stable but in other words its still crap since it windows, im pretty sure they do the OS with problems so bill gate could get some money out of it.
and the 64bit os do way less updates than the 32bit do

okay... downloaded it , installed it and tried to play et... SOO i got an OpenGL error.

how about drivers?
if you want to know if you got all the drivers right click at "computer" icon, manage and on the left side of the window you just open look for device manager..

or if you want easier just open start menu and search device manager

well i have 1 driver

I can help with the problem i think, If u have Windows 7 usaully it will be 64 bit and ET is a 32 bit program. You will have to move Et from the Program Files(x86) to just program files. Thats what i had to do when i installed windows 7. Hope that help u bud

nop , i just rediscorvered the prob . SINCE I JUST INSTALLED WINDOWS 7 , I DONT HAVE A graphics CARD . P.S hold on i wanna play with ya at the server

oh nd btw since you had xp before make sure to run game as administrator and do you need a Win 7 crack? i use it all the time for the pc in my dad jobs, they do windows update and install microsoft security esential which only genuine windows can install

noup , but can u help me with finding some good free graphics drivers and adapters witch work for me ? still didint get this **** working

in da motherboard

go to device manager and look at the "display adapter" and that will tell you whats ur video card

i allready know , its a standard VGA adapter wich is a windows default ...

awww , i found an solution ... since i installer windows 7 ,all files were deleted including driver.. i opened my PC and i have an video card wich i just have to install xD. How i get to the install page on windows 7 ?

EDIT:::: OMG still loading devices list ... about an 15 minutes

when i installed updates for my
computer i needed to restart.pc
shutted down and when started
to work i got a black screen.all
ventilations nd stuff are working
but still got black screen.the
green light wich shows that pc is
working does not glow but the
red light wich shows that pc is
lagging orsm like that is
glowing.please help.

an opengl problem is common and simple to fix but evey one tryes to do things the hard way...
you could have downloaded and installed opengl 64bit.
not sure what you did but it sounds like you don't have the right drivers boot in to safe mode and try again.

turn off your pc and press the start botton, press F8 on keyboard and repeat it untill you see a screen and run it as safe mode with internet nd download driver

miguel , i aint that dumb too . What i am sayin is that my pc wont go to work.as i sayd : the ventilators nd stuff works but the processor doest. My point is that i cant boot because my computer doest eaven work.
